Introduction

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how CreatorLabs.AI LLC (“CreatorLabs.AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the CreatorLabs web application, the AutoPilot account-operation features, the website at https://creator-labs.ai/, and related services (the “Service”). It applies to Creators who use the Service and to visitors of our website.

This Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By creating an account, connecting your OnlyFans account, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. It does not govern the practices of OnlyFans or any other party we do not control.

1. Personal Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Account and profile information. The email address through which your Agency invited you, your OnlyFans login email, your password (stored in hashed form), and details you provide to create a profile on the Service, such as your OnlyFans nickname and time zone. We collect and process this information to perform our contract with you and provide you with the Services.
  • OnlyFans account credentials and account data. To operate your Connected Account, we collect and store your OnlyFans login credentials and access your Connected Account on your behalf (including via a secured/VPN connection). Through that access we process data inside your Connected Account, including: contents of messages and direct-message threads with your fans, your content (photos, videos, captions), pricing and PPV/transaction records, fan/subscriber lists, and earnings/revenue data. We collect and process this information to perform our contract with you and provide you with the Services. Sensitive information you provide to us (e.g. via the contents of your communications) is processed with your consent.
  • Creator Content and AI configuration inputs. Content you provide for the Service and the configuration you choose (AI style/explicitness, creator context, nicknames), used to generate and send AI Output on your behalf. We collect and process this information to perform our contract with you and provide you with the Services. Sensitive information you choose to include in your configuration is processed with your consent.
  • Payment information. When you add a card, payment-card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor; we store limited data such as the card’s last four digits, brand, a processor token, and transaction records — not full card numbers. We collect and process this information to perform our contract with you and provide you with the Services.
  • Communications and support. Information you provide when you contact us, respond to surveys, or participate in promotions. We collect and process this information to provide you with the Services when you provide it voluntarily.
  • Information collected automatically. Device and usage data such as IP address, browser/OS, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and similar log data, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see more information in Section 5). We rely on our legitimate interest to run, protect, and improve our business when we collect and process this information.

2. Personal Information of Your Fans and Other Third Parties

When AutoPilot operates your Connected Account, we necessarily process personal information of third parties who interact with your account — for example, your fans’ usernames, the content and metadata of their messages, and their purchase activity. We process this data on your behalf only to operate your Connected Account and provide the Service, and as described in this Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service with respect to your fans complies with applicable law and OnlyFans’s terms.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • create and manage your account and authenticate you;
  • operate your Connected Account through AutoPilot, including generating and sending messages, PPV, and campaigns on your behalf;
  • calculate, invoice, and collect Fees and process payments;
  • provide support, send service and security communications, and request feedback;
  • maintain, secure, analyze, and improve the Service, including training and tuning our automated systems (as further described in Section 6);
  • enforce our Terms, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect rights and safety; and
  • comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. AI and Automated Processing

The Service uses automated systems to generate messages and content decisions (“AI Output”) and to operate your Connected Account. We process your Creator Content, configuration, and Connected Account data to do this. AI Output is sent on your behalf; you remain responsible for it under the Terms.

In some circumstances, your referring Agency may supply a limited number of human “chatters” to provide fallback support to the AutoPilot. These humans may have access to contents of messages and direct-message threads with your fans in order to facilitate the Services.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses strictly necessary, performance/analytics, and functional cookies, pixels, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Services. This information may include your IP address, device identifiers, browser characteristics, and browsing activity, and may be used to provide analytics and improve our Services. Some analytics cookies may be set by third-parties.

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled; depending on where you live, you can accept or reject the others by making choices in the cookie preferences center linked in the footer of the website. You can also set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to notify you when websites set or access cookies. Rejecting some cookies may limit functionality of the Services. We do not currently recognize to the “Do Not Track” signal.

6. How We Share and Disclose Information

We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers / processors — cloud hosting providers, payment processing, analytics, communications, security, and engineering vendors, as well as the human chatters described in Section 4, bound to use the data only to perform services for us.
  • Your referring Agency — we may share account, performance, and billing information with your referring Agency to the extent necessary to administer the joint venture and your participation.
  • OnlyFans — we transmit data to and from OnlyFans as inherent in operating your Connected Account.
  • Legal and safety — where required or permitted by law, to comply with legal process, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud or harm, or protect rights and safety.
  • Affiliates and sister corporations — to the extent that our affiliates assist us in providing the Services or to otherwise conduct our business.
  • Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
  • With your consent — we may share your personal information with additional parties where context requires, with your consent.

7. Privacy of Minors

The Service is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided information to us, contact support@creatorlabs.ai and we will delete it. We may suspend any account pending age verification or if we have a reasonable belief an account is owned or being accessed by a minor.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. OnlyFans credentials are retained only while needed to operate your Connected Account and are deleted or revoked on cancellation. We may retain aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you.

9. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, with particular attention to OnlyFans credentials (encryption, access controls, and the secured/VPN connection used to operate Connected Accounts). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for protecting your own CreatorLabs login. Notify us immediately at support@creatorlabs.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. In the event we experience a data security incident impacting your personal information, we may attempt to contact you where permitted or required by law.

10. International Data Transfers

CreatorLabs.AI LLC is formed in Delaware, and the Service is hosted on Tencent Cloud Servers. If you are located outside the hosting region, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in that region.

11. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on the jurisdiction where you live, you may have certain rights with respect to the personal information you provide to us. These rights may include:

  • Confirmation that we process your personal information and access to the personal information we hold about you, including receiving such information in a portable format.
  • Correction of your personal information if inaccurate.
  • Deletion of your personal information. Note that in some cases, we may be permitted or required to retain some personal information to meet our legal obligations. Additionally, deletion of personal information may prevent us from providing some or all of the Services to you.
  • Revocation of consent, where our processing of your personal information is done on the basis of your consent. As with deletion requests, revoking consent may impact our ability to provide the Services to you.
  • Anonymization or “blocking” of the excessive processing of your personal information.
  • Receiving information about the public and private entities with which we share personal information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will revise the “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice (e.g., by email or in-app). We will not, without your consent, use your personal information in a manner materially different from what was stated when it was collected. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
